I hope I don't get in trouble for this, but it seems like a good time... to me...  :roll:

We have an upgrade in the works that has some awesome features in terms of information management. I'm really excited about it  :-D  but I've been putting some stuff off waiting for the new system to be in place since if I did it now I'd be doing a lot of extra work that would have to be undone after the switch-over, while if I wait it will be a WHOLE lot less work in the first place.

Face it, we never did a complete clean-up after the last upgrade. I just do it as it comes up. This time I'm hoping to do a thorough job of it, going through the bumps one by one. It will take some time, but putting off some of this info juggling will help. Which, some of this falls into that category depending how I end up dealing with it.

When it's all said 'n' done, though, we'll have a much better system for providing multiple availability, multiple titles and additional tidbits of info.

*aughh*  :-P Toonami tracks have always been a thorn in my side because half the time I can't confirm them. However, in this case I followed a few links directly from Lovett's Facebook page to the Near Future track listing of Toonami tunes to the Soundcloud posting of the single track "Ace" which sounds like the correct track to me. (Second opinions are always welcome  :wink: )
I realize it was posted on the Toonami tumblr but nothing I've found by The Naysayer is even the right genre. So, I don't know what's going on there but I'm going to need some convincing on this one. Don't get me wrong, I need all the help I can get with this stuff and I appreciate any contributions toward finding the answers... I'm just going to need more proof to change my mind on this particular track  :|

Not even close.  Is there more than one Naysayer? Of course, but if you go to Discogs http://www.discogs.com/Naysayer-Day-Release-Singles-Club-Summer-2001/release/2865248 this is the same one given credit. This same group has songs to match all of the titles given on the "Day Release Singles Club Summer 2001" with lyrics that make it pretty clear they aren't mismarked. This combined with the evidence suggesting that "Ace" really is the track given as "Don't Look Up at Me" makes me seriously doubt that "Clean Girl" is the correct title for the Toonami track.

So... if anyone has any info that can shed light on this I'd really appreciate it. This is one of the reasons I'm so slow to turn on the Toonami bumps. It makes me crazy that I can't be sure what is correct and I tend to skip over them to do stuff I CAN confirm. And right now I rough counted around 800 bumps in the queue waiting for approval so I have plenty to do before I have to deal with them.

Well apparently that track is indeed "Ace". I changed the details in most other places but neglected to address the post I had made here. Got ahold of some mis-labeled files it would seem. Doesn't help that those Naysayer tracks have the same runtimes as these Lovett tracks. I am not certain on "Clean Girl" to be completely honest.

I've got all the Toonami CD release tracks in my iTunes collection and was just doing an info organizing clean up of all my music. This forum has been helpful with a ton of the missing info. I thought I'd contribute by posting some corrections and completions of known tracklists so far.

I won't repost Deep Space Bass by Joe Boyd Vigil, the original Toonami mix release in 2001. That's on Wikipedia.

But here is Toonami: Rare, Restored, and Recut. Released in 2008.
It's a tribute remix album of some of Vigil's work by DJ Calus.
