**It's difficult to hear under the yelling FX but it appears to be a track produced by Flying Lotus. From 'Raw Cartoons' and the '06 Demo' - Also used on E-Tek9's "Samurai in the Mist" (available here) from 'The Last Guardian' mixtape.
